Wendy's - Aztec

Better Wendy's than any other in the four corners. Sounds weird, but the Farmington ones take FOREVER and the food is wrong 50% of the time. Cortez is not much better. Durango is dirty. But Aztec Wendy's is pretty decent service and they get my order right. I can't believe I just wrote a review of a Wendy's.

Been to this Wendy’s many time in the past I’ve NEVER had a problem, they always get my order right. My grandfather and I decided to have lunch here today 7/30/19. Service from Shannon was exceptional she and her team were on point with getting orders taken care of. While waiting in line to get a refill of water I noticed Shannon help her team to the fullest of her potential. I stopped and expressed my gratitude for her and her teams customer service. Great service, clean restaurant, great if your on a budget.

I feel like every time I go here they mess up my order, the food and drinks are good though, the only thing I really don't like is the iced coffee taste horrible do not recommend unless you like drinking straight creamer

It's Wendy's, a chain fast food place. It's never consistent. Let's start with the good most the time: The Chili is pretty tasty, the salads are fresh, drinks are good even the coffee. Seniors get free coffee. Once in a while the burgers are good if you can get them to give you a fresh tomato and lettuce. The customer service has been good each time we go. Now for the bad: I've yet to have fresh hot French fries, there always lukewarm and soggy. The chicken nuggets are over cooked to a hard chewy card board consistency. The baked potatoes taste like they are saved from dad to day and reheated. The restrooms are dirty.
