The restaurant only accepted cash for pick up orders, even though they offered online delivery where payment could be made with a card.

Normally excellent but all I could taste was the cooking oil. Please sort it as food is usually spot on,tried it again last night, spot on

In April 2023 I phoned to make an order. It took me three seconds to pop up the kids ' requests on my phone by which time the man taking my order said I 'm sorry I 'm busy please call later and cut me off. I phoned a bit later when I could see my list on a different phone and, although the ordering went smoothly, at the end the man said And don 't be late! as though he knew I was a troublemaker. I asked him not to be rude but he didn 't back down: You need to not be late! I am not being rude! When I collected my food ten minutes later, having had to go to the cash machine because the restaurant is cash only, he said Oh, it 's you. We had a calm polite chat but he insisted that he was not rude, as though cutting people off and berating them for things they might do even though you 've never met them is okay. Weird. I 'd rather pay more and go somewhere else.

Used to be a fantastic place, but over the past 6 months or so has really gone down hill. Quality of food isn't as great as it used to be, and the service isnt fantastic. It's a real shame.

We used to order at least once a month but the service is now terrible, orders are incorrect, only accept cash and rude service. Such a shame that we just had to put the phone down as it was such hard work from customers of 3 years
