フィードバックを提供するThis Starbucks may be small, but it has a charming ambiance. The staff was friendly, although it took some time for them to complete my order. To be fair, there were only three employees on duty at the time. Overall, it's a good Starbucks.
The customer service was excellent. The drive-thru experience was more efficient than at most Starbucks, and both employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. However, when I got home, we realized that my wife’s venti drink was not completely full. We ordered a venti for a reason, but it seemed like we received only enough to fill the next size down.
The location is very clean and well-organized. I always feel welcomed when I visit. Both the coffee and food are excellent. The pumpkin spice cold brew is definitely the best drink for fall, especially when paired with the overnight oats!
C?mon man!!! I ordered threw your app. Drove to the pick up window and my order was not correct. The employee did even attempt to fix the order. (due to the long line) (that I had to wait in keep in mind) Lol This is a huge problem. When people spend their hard earned money this type of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable!! This is not hot!!! They made the drink cold. SMH
My husband is at this Starbucks 1 to 2 times a week getting my daughter and I coffee. The last 2 times my drink (Vente Decaf, Peppermint mocha, no whip no foam) has been just above half full! Drive through person/s are always cheerful and courteous. But at almost $7.00 a cup and only get just above half!? You have made a lot of money off of us over the years? Come on we?ve been loyal customers! Do better?
