フィードバックを提供するI wanted to order three pizzas, but the restaurant was busy and chaotic. Despite having paid for three pizzas, I ended up with only two. Initially, I was informed that they couldn't find my order for three pizzas. Eventually, another staff member found my payment and called out the ticket number to help me with my receipt. They did a great job managing the chaos!
What can I say? I wish there were more pizza options beyond just cheese and pepperoni. Also, I’m not sure what happened to the hot dogs, but they don’t seem to be all beef anymore. Please bring back the onions!
Are they still offering the hand-dipped ice cream bar with nuts? That was my absolute favorite!
A few days ago I visited in a busy time and ordered a whole pizza. After 20 minutes I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be, how I had a car full of frozen items and was dismissed rudely and the staff on the floor said that the pickup line was. After another 30 minutes, almost an hour total, and after watching many customers come and go with their pizzas, I went to the counter to cancel my order and was told that they lost the ticket! I waited another 15 minutes and finally got my pizza, but the customer service here is missing seriously. I didn't offer compensation, not even a 60 cent drink. A star for customer service.
The food as in all Costco's is good. Since my last comment on the food court service, the overall flow of service provided has improved and of course the food is still a great value. Keep up the good work!
