I've dined here multiple times, and the service has always been excellent. Their burgers are tasty, and most of the side dishes are reasonably priced, making it a good value overall. They also have a loyalty program that offers a free burger during your birthday month, as well as a free burger for every ten burgers you purchase.

I visited this restaurant with my family of four and found the service to be both quick and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, but I felt that the portions didn't quite match the prices we paid. The burger I ordered was nearly half the size of what was depicted in the menu photo. I understand that the fries are hand-cut, but I received only eight with my meal. By the time more fries were ready to come to my table, I had already finished my burger, so I decided to cancel the extra order. I realize that prices fluctuate over time, but the amount we paid for our meal seemed equivalent to a week's worth of groceries. While the service was excellent and all of our dishes were fantastic, it’s becoming increasingly challenging to enjoy a meal out as a family with current prices.

Bailey was an incredible server for our group of six! She ensured our drinks were constantly refilled and always made sure we had fresh fries while we waited for our food, which took a little longer. She was friendly and efficient, definitely one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced.

Pretty good? very surprised. Not even in my life I went to a restaurant and ordered a burger. I'm glad I was here. The drink card is impressive.

Good service, fast. We called ahead and didn't have to wait. Update, we are quite regulars now since our kids love the endless Mac and cheese. Kate is our favorite waitress. The haystack tavern is the best value burger on the menu. Wednesday is kids night. Definitely call ahead for seating. We enjoy the patio here in season.
