Dunkin' - Avon

Don’t be misled by the name—this place never has donuts. Last night, we visited two Dunkin’ Donuts locations one after the other at 7 PM, and neither had any donuts available. The second one even had a sign on the door saying they were completely out of everything. They might as well have written, “Why bother coming in?” They still had three hours left in their shift—what was the point of staying open? This seems to be a recurring issue. The employee informed me that they had run out by 4 PM when she arrived for her shift. Overall, it’s a poorly managed establishment. If you know donuts are your main product, why not make more? It's hard to believe they continuously tell customers they have no donuts and do nothing to fix it. I’ve worked in retail for years, and running out of anything was unacceptable. This is especially baffling considering donuts are literally what they’re known for. It’s just ridiculous.

Quick service, friendly staff, and a great variety—who doesn't know Dunkin'?

It was mid-afternoon, and they were out of our favorite items. We made some substitutions. The coffee tasted just as good as I remembered. However, it’s no longer my top pick for donuts.
