Cafe Bistro - Aventura

This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and I have to say that Jay, our server, was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was delicious, and we can't wait to return!

5/28 called at 4:28 to order a pizza and acoke. I decided to eat in . At 5pm they start to make my pizza. The place was empty. I left without eating!!! Never again..

A nice place to get lunch at Aventura Mall. Food is consistently good and service is good as well. Cozy spot, sometimes gets pretty busy.

Yesterday, my daughter and I went back while I shopped at the mall, eagerly anticipating the salad. After waiting around 30 minutes for our food, our wonderful server, Luis, apologized for the delay and offered us soup or bread as we waited. When the salads finally arrived, we were disappointed to find that the shrimp still had the intestinal tract intact, which was unappetizing and completely ruined our appetite. Luis kindly offered us alternatives, so we ordered the French dip and the turkey club instead, but we weren't very hungry after seeing the shrimp. To add to our frustrations, I found a gnat in my coffee. However, I did receive a follow-up call from the restaurant manager, Jorge, who sincerely apologized for our experience. Because of his attentive response and Luis' great service, I've decided to change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I hope that the next time we visit, the experience will be as great as it was before.
