Necas' House - Aveiro

Good location by the fish market we 'd been wandering around, needed to make a decision and hadn 't booked. It started ok great wine at 14 euro a bottle but then went downhill. I had prawns but they were of different sizes so the large ones weren 't cooked. The octopus dish we shared, 34 euro, came with new potatoes and for that got 4 pieces of octopus the largest two so tough.......service was slow and not engaging so that says tourist trap to me.

We had a soup of the day and 2 grilled fish, it was was really delicious. And it wasn't expensive for the quantity ans quality. The Staff were really friendly. However the restaurant was a bit empty, it was raining so thst could be the reason. There was some nice English music in the background but maybe they could do with live music. Overall it is a place to try when visiting Aveiro.

Was a private xmas party. Just know the lounge that was reserved for the party.

Comida familiar donde compartimos 1 entrante (Almejas), 1 principal para cada uno (Dorada a la plancha para 2 y bacalao de 2 formas diferentes) y 2 postres (Baba de camello y pastel de la casa). Fue un acierto total.

Adorei estava td óptimo e os funcionários fora mt simpáticos atentos e prestativos além de muito profissionais
