フィードバックを提供するA restaurant that has changed ownership but has kept the promising concepts of old vegetables. Too bad for us because despite our 1h30 break (noon) the 1st dish arrived at the end of an hour waiting! (3 people in the kitchen for 8 customers) about old vegetables, I discovered uncooked veggies (although waiting) and totally insipid. As for the kidneys, they went back to the plate because badly prepared (and it didn't worry anyone) very disappointed
For our gastro meeting between friends we decide for the little guyon, it is next to the courthouse and the people who worked there had spoken it well. It's small, it's preferable to book, there one night in the week we were good and not many. Well, it was the day of the new beaujolais, there was no...no big one.Good cooking, the one that you don't eat everywhere, forgotten tastes, refined dishes. A good meal.
Pleasant setting, the cook working in open kitchen is nice, I was able to discover the flavor of the vegetables of our ancestors which and very well but especially very good. I recommend it without a problem.
Very good reception, we were advised by the manager of our Normandy hotel located nearby. We took three formulas at 29€. In the entrance of excellent burgundy snails, very well cooked with mushrooms, chives.... one of the guests took a hot goat accompanied by a sorbet of tomatoes. for resistance dishes: 1) duck magret 2) rotdos rossini way 3) fake net, all accompanied by very good assortment of steam cooked vegetables. We were drinking a wine of burgundy "pinot noir" mixes the winemaker, domain borgnat. for dessert 1)
Very good reception, very good cuisine with fresh products and in the search for old flavors: diversity and quality of the vegetables of old times a good surprise
