Mcdonald's - Austintown

I find it quite disappointing that we operate in a manner similar to McDonald's employees, yet we do not prioritize freshness and ensuring customers receive what they have paid for. I ordered three French fries, but they were so hard that I couldn't even bite into them or break them in half. The ice was white, and I had to remind them about the rest of my order. Please avoid serving food like this, especially when customers are paying $30 for their meal.

The food is very good overall, but it seems that after 9 PM, the burritos get a bit crunchy at the ends. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel, but I was disappointed when I got home. My bagel wasn't toasted and lacked any butter or sauce. The rest of the food had to be covered in a bag, and it seemed like they made me pull forward while letting the other items sit in the back, making them cold. Overall, they didn't prepare my bagel correctly, and it was very disappointing.

They make a complete remodel and it is a pleasure to see someone who takes care of their own. the world needs more of it. food: 5/5

They complain to much about people using the app codes becuase I guess it is difficult to put in 4 numbers and everytime I get a ice coffee it 's a cup of hot watered down coffee with a few ice cubes in it and no flavor I throw them out my window everytime it 's convenient for where I live but I 'd rather drive the extra miles for better quality and service
