Mcdonald's - Austintown

I was always asked to wait, even if there was no one behind me. They would pull me to the side and leave me waiting for 15 minutes. It would be nice if the food I received after the wait was hot and freshly prepared, but it was still cold. Overall, it was just an average McDonald's experience. Food rating: 3/5.

The experience wasn't fantastic. I had to wait longer for my food than usual, but I guess that was to be expected since it was the day after Christmas. As for the food itself, I would rate it 4 out of 5.

I opened my Big Mac, but that’s not a Big Mac. It’s garbage food. 1/5.

Slowwest mcd ever they take 15 minutes to even take the order and really make sure they show that they don't care

Worst I have every been too.. rudest service ever. More then one customer snapped back at them . Would not recommend at all!Food: 4/5
