Whataburger - Austin

Absolute worst whataburger I have ever been too. I was the first in line by the counter and they couldn?t take my order in 30 mins. They only work on the drive thru and do not care for walk in. In addition, the manager was very rude.

Asked for a chocolate shake, they gave me vanilla with chocolate in the middle, so if I put my straw in, I would try it first. Seems like a lot of work if the other option is just to be honest...a shake is a shake, would have got another, but strange unnecessary trickery

The customer service was good, my burger was made right but the fries seemed like they were refried and the bathroom smelled like pee and it felt really dirty in there.
