Wendy's - Austin

I don't often leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My salad contained quite a bit of wilted lettuce, and the soda machine was out of several flavors. It was disappointing. The strawberry frosty, which was pink-flavored, was just okay as well. Overall, I found the prices to be too high for the quality of the food.

Avoid this Wendy's location! The staff is currently very unprofessional, and there's a real risk of food poisoning. I didn't have time to take a picture, but I wish I knew how to report what I witnessed there today. I really hope they either close this branch or make some serious changes to the team working there!

Very slow service. I've experienced places with just three staff serving customers who managed to deliver food faster, even with a larger crowd. The management seems to be lacking. Also, do yourself a favor and don’t order online, as it can take up to two hours to receive your food.

I ordered Dave's Double combo, my daughter the #9 every Wendy's I've visit served tasty, hot food. The meals we ate there were mediocre. The manager also reprimand employees about needing more training. He is right, training would benefit their restaurant in the future.

Kaleb was horrendous. Like you were standing around doing NOTHING and gave me the nastiest attitude when I ordered my lunch. Also the food i received was poorly packaged. The (cold) fries and (cold) nuggets were spilled out inside the bag because clearly Kaleb is wholly incompetent at even this basic duties of his job. Also my receipt showed items that I did not receive. Pity. I recommend Dairy Queen instead of this garbage place.
