Wendy's - Austin

I usually use the Drive-Thru, which is pretty quick, but the best part is that the staff is always really friendly and attractive! :) Food: 4/5

This place is so rude. The lady rushed through my order and then rushed through the ride had to go back bc I asked for no Mayo 3 times and then they made it new and forget the bacon. I paid $15 for the worst experience.

I’m really frustrated! I placed a Uber Eats order for my family and me, and we didn't receive half of our food. The Uber driver won’t answer my calls, and when I tried to reach the Wendy’s location, they didn’t pick up either! How is it possible to spend $75 at a restaurant and only get fries and a drink? Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Wendy’s, but it will definitely be my last. I won’t be ordering from here again. The staff didn’t even check to make sure all the items were included before sealing the bag. Very disappointing!

Eating is okay, but the service is terrible. They usually forget to include my diving sauce and they don't seem to serve coffee, because every time I ask, they tell me they don't have coffee.

The food was served quickly and was delicious. The only downside was that the soda fountain for customers was out of order, so we had to ask the staff to refill our drinks.
