Rebel Cheese - Austin

Great Food! Had the French Dip, something I used to love when eating meats still. Tasted awesome. We also ordered a BLTA which was perfect! Got kids some grilled cheese that they really enjoyed. We tried a few of the cheese options and didn?t have one we disliked. We bought the dill havarti, blue cheese, and the truffle brie. The price is a little high but that is kind of expected with great vegan options.

I?ve been here more than a few times. The first time I was overwhelmed with the selection of cheeses!!! I didn?t even order from the menu because I was intimidated. But I decided to go with a friend because I get anxious when I have to make a choice. We ordered a cheese board and we chose our selection?it was So good!!!! Yo. I was never big on cheese, but no way I will pass up a fully vegan cheese shop if I am in town. There was a wide variety of offerings from in house to items from all over the country. The ghost pepper one was especially fun, but the charcuterie board I had was so fun to play around with flavour combos. I am definitely making a trip back next time I am in Austin. The farmer's cheese was a definite fave.

Consistently amazing! We love taking non-vegans here to try cheeses and eat their delicious sandwiches. Our favorites are the Bacon, Brie Me, and Club Sandwich (huge! , their pesto salad is delicious as well. The outside seating made wait times more manageable. Good selection of wine and vegan pastries as well. I only wish they had a cheese club option for local neighbors that didn?t want it shipped!

I've visited this place 2x in the last month. It is so good and the location is perfect. I ordered a chiken bacon ranch (vegan, obviously). It was phenomenal! Compliments to the chef. Highly recommended. Perhaps I'll venture out and try a new dish soon.
