Pappadeaux has been a place that serves fresh seafood, if you want something really fresh, I suggest that you go on Fridays...We are always here on Friday evening for some fresh oysters, salmon and shrimps, and a few margaritas on the side is a must as well.The service can be very from server to servers.Tonight 4/22/2022 the three bartenders at the bar; seem to be selective when it comes to who the customers they want to talk with, my friends had to stand at the bar for over 10 minutes, and they would rather help someone white who just walked up, and like they care about the minority customers like us who had stand in front of them for the past 10 minutes. All of them ignored us and walked away until we had to ask them what is going on, did our face say we can't afford the food? Or is it we don't deserve the service from the bartenders?Later on our table finally became available, our server Justin was a cool guy and we had a great time eating the 2 dozen oysters and the dinner.

Their menu has Cajun entrees and features seasonal fresh seafood. The only reason for four stars was the service. She was so slow and confused. Friendly and nice but really, it took her 12 min to come with the menu. But I get it. There was no one to clean the tables etc. Shortages everywhere. However. Food was absolutely delicious!

My reservation was right on time...clean from the inside out. Only thing I regret is not ordering desert....they are also out of all crab dishes at the moment which made me sad.However it forced me to enjoy crawfish for once..and boy was it delicious!!!#QueenEarline said it's good good!!

Get the shrimp and grits and the shrimp and crawfish fondeaux! You will not regret it!! This has to be the best shrimp and grits we’ve had, and we have sampled some really good ones in Savannah and Charleston. You just want to savor every bit of it. And the fondue was a first but definitely not last. I’d skip the fried seafood platter though. It was a busy Friday night but we made reservations and there was no wait. We actually got there a little early and they were able to accommodate us. The service was pleasant as well.

Haven't been here since high-school but I can say it's never changed only gotten better food was good place is clean servers are great ask to sit with Lisa!!
