It is always a great experience at any North Italia!

Food was very slow coming out but our waitress was great.

We were celebrating my father's 70th birthday hoping for a good time. Our reservation was at 5pm intentionally early because we had our toddler with us. We start off on the wrong foot because our server misinterpreted my inquiries regarding an appetizer and thought I placed the order. He appeared annoyed when we told him we didn't in fact order it. From that moment, his attention and care to us was gone. We waited for our food for over an hour without any acknowledgment of the situation from his part or any attempt from him to at least put us at ease by keeping us in the loop regarding the delay. We had to ask what the issue was and to at least bring us part of our order for our little one to eat. He did bring back a cold burnt cheese pizza. We finally received our food which was all cold. At the end we had to wait longer because he actually charged us an extra appetizer. Two hours later we left pretty deflated with a bad taste in our mouth and I'm not talking about the food which I'm sure had it been hot would've been delicious. Not the experience any of us were hoping for.

Slow service, was given an old fashion with melted ice because waitress forgot to bring it. Food just okay for the price.

A great experience having been to austin over the last 11 years. Recommend without hesitation.
