I give Hummus Cuisine 10 out of 5 stars and I can't wait to go back for more! This restaurant is a hidden gem. The falafel sandwich was especially delicious and a must-try. My only regret is not having enough room for another one. A tip for you: order a side of hummus to take it to the next level. I made the mistake of waiting until halfway through my meal to realize this. The sandwich was made with care and each bite was perfectly balanced. Charlotte and Tony, the owners, were incredibly friendly and attentive during our visit. Their strong partnership is evident in the flavors of their dishes and the overall welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing!! The owners of this restaurant are the most adorable couple and they are incredibly kind. They clearly put a lot of care into their food, and it really shows. Everything we tried, including the falafel plate and falafel sandwich, was absolutely perfect. Both dishes were incredible, we would rate them 10/10! Even though the portions were large, we didn't feel stuffed or weighed down afterwards. We are already looking forward to coming back again as regular customers!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem after a bike ride in a nearby park and decided to try the delicious falafel plate. The Lebanese mom-and-pop team who own the restaurant greeted me warmly and I was impressed by the fragrant spices in the freshly made falafel. Each item on the plate, including tahini sauce, hummus, pickles, tomato, lettuce salad, tabouli salad, and pita, was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous and the service was excellent. It was the perfect end to a day trip to the charming Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park.

Wow. I’m completely speechless. I have not had good Lebanese food in so long, and for it to come from a little food truck… holy smokes. Y’all have outdone yourselves. I will be back.
