I recently visited the Golden Kist restaurant and it was amazing. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the customer service was outstanding!

I live right behind this restaurant, so my family and I stop there two or three times a week. However, the chicken tenders we have been getting for the past three days are completely different from what we are used to. They have been very dry and have a hard-to-chew cartilage texture down the center of each tender. Today, we ordered a 25 tender family meal with 3 family size sides for our guests, and out of eight people, seven of them complained about the quality of the tenders. The only person who did not complain was a two-year-old, which is understandable. I'm not asking for a refund or replacement, just for the restaurant to fix this issue. I tried to add photos for evidence, but I couldn't at the moment. I just want the amazing chicken tenders back, not the new ones they are currently serving. This is not meant to be slander, but a plea for the restaurant to address the problem.

I mean. I can't often turn down Golden chick spicy with an extra gravy. Pure bliss . amazing cheat day meal lol

Dusty, the manager and the team at Golden Chick Oak Hill are the most helpful and customer service oriented fast food store in the area.Move over Chick-fil-A here comes Golden Chick Oak Hill!The restrooms are always spotless and the drive-thru order is super fast. They recently added fried shrimp to the menu with fish which is extra yummy! The kids absolutely love it and they have 20 fried shrimp for just $15. The catfish is not too bad either. Definitely pick up a side of coleslaw to go with it ?
