I really like this restaurant. We have ordered from here several times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff are always welcoming with great attitudes. Thank you to the staff and chefs. They also have good vegetarian options. I usually order takeout for dinner.

It's been a while since we last dined at this restaurant, but we were craving Asian cuisine. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. We dined in for dinner, with a price range of $10-$20 per person. We give a rating of 5 for both the food and service, as well as the atmosphere. We highly recommend trying the Lo Mein Noodles and the Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Giving this place a 3-star review only because we got our money back. My friend and I both have eaten here before. This time we got the fried rice and noodles, and unfortunately had to call it quits after a few bites because the food itself tasted as if something went bad. I never complain about things like that because I work in the service industry and get it, but we spent $40 on food we did not come near to finishing, so I decided to call and let them know of the issue, and most importantly inform them that something might’ve gone bad. As soon as we got on the phone with Victor at this location, he was very unprofessional and sexist saying he did not believe us and mentioned, “I don’t understand what women like you eat”. After a 20 minute conversation that consisted of him talking over me, he got his supervisor involved which led to a refund (he made sure to emphasize that we got him in trouble). Over all, this could’ve gone completely different had there been professionalism kept on their end.

Thanks, Migel Gonzales, for all the years of great service! I’ve been going to Firebowl on Brodie for many years and have come to know Migel well. He operates the place like it’s his own family restaurant. You can’t get personal service like that at chain restaurants and it’s really makes all the difference. As long as Migel is there, I’ll keep coming back again and again! Service: Dine in
