Cicis Pizza - Austin

The arcade is really disappointing; there’s only one machine that is even affordable. The pizza is okay—it's decent, but not really worth it.

I've been visiting Cici's since I was a child and have always had wonderful experiences there. My boyfriend had never been until a few months ago when we visited this location, and since then, we go every Sunday. This place genuinely cares about its customers, and the food is incredible. The cleanliness and service from the staff are unparalleled. I'm especially impressed with the manager, whose name I don't know, but she consistently goes above and beyond for us every time we visit. Recently, their hours changed, and when we arrived at our usual time, we found out they were closing. She graciously offered us the food they had left, along with a pizza that was still in the oven, to make up for the inconvenience! We continue to go every Sunday!

The restaurant is very clean overall, but the bathroom could use some improvements. The woman cooking the pizza seemed quite intimidating; she kept glaring at us, which made me feel quite uneasy. She may be a nice person, but having someone watch us eat like that was uncomfortable.

This was the worst service I got. The new employees were on their phones chatting while no pizzas were out. Waste of time and money please fix your corrections. The only good thing about the food was the lemonade. ;

Come here often and they never open up in time!! Some days 20 to 30 minutes too late. Probably need new management.
