フィードバックを提供するTerrible service, I’m literally waiting in front of the line waiting to order and they keep preparing online orders, been waiting for 10 mins at this point
This place is majorly under-staffed even by normal Chipotle standards. The last few times I've gone in here it's been just one person behind the counter working through a huge backlog of online orders. You'll be standing there for a while before they can take your order even if you're the only customer in the restaurant. They always have signs up saying they're hiring, wonder why
This location is terrible. Almost every order is either extremely undersized or completely wrong. I waited 45 minutes to receive a completely wrong order for probably the 6th time. If there was a way to order delivery from a location 15 minutes farther away, I would do that without hesitation.
Wow, service is bad. I don’t generally leave reviews, but this experience deserves it.Two stars because food is good and it’s mostly just one employee, but come on guys. The burrito gets made with all the fillings in one ball in the middle. The young woman pushes down the center, balls it up and makes a huge tear, rolls burrito over to tuck folds, and makes another huge tear. She looks up “That’s ok, right?” I say laughingly “No, let’s remake that please.”Her “Ugh for real?”Me *disbelievingly laughingly* “Yes for real, let’s get a new tortilla going, that one is ripped…”She says with a teeth click “Ah it won’t rip.” She rolls it up, rings me up and walks off. I didn’t want to push the issue, so I go sit at a table instead of taking to go. I go back to the table, open it up, still huge rip. I try my best to eat it. Ridiculous. I get in line after less than a minute of sitting down, order another burrito, and an empty bowl container with lid. At no point did anyone (Several people heard this exchange) ask if everything was alright for me, or why I wanted an empty bowl.Paid for second burrito, boxed up first one to eat like it’s a bowl, and left.
