Chili's Grill - Austin

We had a large group with numerous orders, and there were some mix-ups when the food arrived. However, our waiter—whose name I can’t recall—handled the situation with a smile and resolved everything. The food was delicious, although a few items were disappointingly cold; my daughter's corn was particularly chilly. Overall, I would definitely give this location another chance. Food rating: 4/5.

So I actually finished the online order. The problem is that I had to adjust the majority of my order and you could not do it on the website. And I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, so I ordered it online and then just went past the store and I was like hey I didn't answer this order phone you can change it. Thank God it is a popular order and they just made me fresh stack and sent the original on their way to someone else. But overall I really like this business, it's close to my house and it's usually my go-to chili's. The bartender also knows her drinks.

Food was good and service was great. I didn't really like being in the bar. Food: 5/5

The food was enjoyable. We were able to get a table immediately on a Saturday at 7:00. Although the service was somewhat slow, our server was very pleasant.

Food was delicious. Fast server, but not so delightful service. But would re visit when the workers arent ready to quit and walk out the door.Food: 5/5
