The customer service here is inconsistent, varying greatly depending on who you interact with. Unfortunately, when I went to pay, the lady at the register told me that both of my cards had declined. After contacting my bank, I found out the decline was due to her swiping my cards instead of properly using the chip, as you're supposed to do. I was really disappointed to miss out on my order because the staff seemed untrained in processing payments correctly. What a shame!

After calling the bank, I found out that the transaction was rejected because they swapped my cards instead of using the chips, as they should have. I ended up having to cancel my order because the employees didn't seem adequately trained to handle the situation.
