Subway - Aurora

I visited the Subway on Quincy in Aurora to pick up food for my daughter, who is battling Stage 4 cancer. Surprisingly, Subway is one of the few places she enjoys eating without feeling ill. She usually orders the Veggie Sub with oil and vinegar on the side since she can only eat small portions at a time and prefers to keep the sub from getting soggy. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with her order, and the oil and vinegar were added directly to the sub. When I returned to the restaurant, a gentleman named Evan took care of the issue. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, even adding a cookie to the bag as a bonus for her! Thank you so much, Evan!

The restaurant has a fresh new interior that we really liked. I ordered a wrap, and it was absolutely delicious—a great healthy option. Thank you, Subway!
