Smashburger - Aurora

I absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich at this restaurant! It's a must-have every time I visit Denver.

The food was quick, fresh, and delicious! My husband and I brought our two daughters and felt right at home. Manager Farando and his team always made sure we were taken care of and provided excellent customer service. We can't wait to bring all our children back and make this our new favorite spot.

Most of the time there is a reason to call ahead and place orders for pickup, but unfortunately this evening there was not much we could do. The restaurant did not feel very welcoming, especially if you are not okay with missing sauces or if the food is a bit greasy. It may be because the missing sauce was already applied before the order arrived. The burgers are decent, but it can be frustrating when something is lacking or if the food arrives cold. I had a negative experience with the manager on the phone, who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was not worth fighting over.

I picked up an order. there were 5 people. 2 in the register, one makes a shake and 2 people who pack orders. one of the people in the register was on the phone that took the order and the other was just there. I've never been recognized. the one who was standing there began eating with the other 2 people who bag food. I didn't even come here to get food for me and it was even a bad experience. and super rough that people eat, while bag food and not wash their hands or change their gloves. I don't know.

Nice quality that is level across all locations I have visited from time to time. Maybe a little too much rosemary and other seasoning on the fries but we’re still hot and fresh. The interior is just plain sad looking. Stark.
