Sbarro - Aurora

This establishment always has good pizza in my experience, but I do order a full pizza and pick it up. Only pizza I do order is cheese and it's reminiscent of the great sbarro mall hay-day of the early Y2k. My review seems to contradict others experiences, so maybe just order a full pizza fresh.

Horrible service at The Fox Valley mall location. I was charged via credit card and then their cc service went off line immediately after. They wanted to charge me again even though my online banking showed it was a pending charge. The Mgr, Karen, was rude and yelling and refusing to give me her name or Supervisors name Joe at first. I'm not even sure her real name is Karen. She threw the food away in front of us.

Ordered my son breadsticks because he won’t eat anything else. Get up to checkout. Workers didn’t tell me they only accept chip cards and snatched my 5 year olds apple juice and breadsticks out of his hand. “Manager” was being hostile and cocky having the nerve to ask “you don’t have another card? No cash?” The young man behind me offered to pay for my kids food but I declined and told them I refuse to pay for a meal from a staff that SNATCHES food out of a kids hand instead of pointing me in the direction of an ATM. I talked to the manager about how upset I was and she continued to yell and tell me I was wrong. Thanks for the notice of “chip cards only” never again will we come to another Sbarro. Not family friendly for frozen pizza I could heat up myself at home. Joke.

The restaurant closed at 640 and its supposed to close at 7pm 08/01/2022

This place Is straight racist from the people and manager, we a bleed the same but disrespect is crazy and you want to be this way to people then shut your business down, with this much hatred against African Americans or anyone else is truly sadness on your part and establishment
