When my daughter went inside to order a pizza, the owner introduced herself and, despite the restaurant being closed, took the time to make a pizza for my daughter. I just wanted to express my gratitude for her kindness. It was a lucky Fourth of July!
This was my first time here, and overall, it was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the sausage since I prefer it in pieces. However, the flavors were delicious, and the pepperoni tasted authentic. The restaurant seems well-maintained and offers plenty of delivery options.
You haven't truly experienced Ohio until you've tried Gioninos. I've been a regular for nearly ten years, and the food is consistently fantastic. The service is outstanding, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I did encounter a rather odd situation in the men's bathroom, but that was just a minor inconvenience. If you're ever in Ohio, you can't go wrong with the pizza here—make sure to stop by and enjoy a meal!
Always super fast delivery and always hot when it appears. I never have a problem here.
If you're one of those people that does not like the massive chain pizza stores like Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesars etc but actively look for good locally owned pizzerias this is definitely worth a try. I moved to Aurora in 2013 and this is been my go-to pizza place since I got here. Their food is excellent, they're very reasonably priced, and all the kids that work there are locals working through school and they're a bunch of respectful young kids. Next time you're looking for pizza try these guys, you'll be glad you did.
