Chick-fil-a - Aurora

By far the worst Chick-fil-A i've ever been to. Noah who was taking orders in the drive thru was a total a hole. The food was alright, but not fresh. This is the first negative encounter i've ever had with a Chick-fil-A.

This place is always packed and manages to serve food accurately and fast. Food is always hot and fresh. A great chickfila location!

I placed an order through the Chick FilA mobile app for delivery. The delivery driver was friendly and prompt. My mobile order included a 12 count nugget meal, large fry and medium Sweet Tea as well as a gallon of sweet tea. The bag was sealed so I know that the problem was with the server. The large fry looked more like a small or medium because at least half of the container was empty. They try to be sneaky by filling the remainder of the box with napkins and condiments! Really? In general, service at this branch has gone down. My previous order, two weeks ago, was for a chick FilA sandwich meal. Unfortunately for me, I didn't check the contents of my order until I arrived at home. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich which was way too spicy for my taste buds. Service has definitely gone down some.

I thought all tussi had a good service. I was this place for the second time. the journey through expo has no good experience. I also ordered a sauce. but I didn't get in the bag. also they did not ask me: “I need a sosse “, I thought most of Chick-fil-A they do that talk! no serviettes, no quitting, no sose in my order that is not a good experience.

Great service! Monet did such an awesome job helping us. Her enthusiasm was so refreshing after a long flight.We will return!
