Stanleys Fish And Chips - Aurora

Listen! this was my way to place for fish and chips when we moved into the opposite 20 years ago. then suddenly the owner went to rest and sold the business to an oriental couple. these two immediately went from freshly cut pommes to frozen pommes. of course we stopped going. today we were in the same plaza for sushi and we noticed that stanley had a sign of advertising fresh cut fries. after we got our faces at Sushi Square next door (if I feel until I will check this out) we fell for fresh cuts. the story as we could put together is that the couple who bought the place could not make it successful (I ask myself why,) so that they sold it to these new men 7 years ago. he could not believe that his place sold at a point frozen pommes. this new owner has his head screwed up right and the riders were as amazing as I remember. so if they are in aurora, they will check this place for the best fishing and chips round.

That is the best fishing and chipboard in aurora. they are a hidden gem and very friendly. I tell everyone that my friends and the specials are great. good food.

My kids make me drive by 4 other fish and chips to get to Stanley's because they say it is the very best in town. They love the calamari and the shrimp. Fast service, we always grab it to go. They give you tons of french fires so save some cash and split an order.

This restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and the food is awesome. Fish is always fresh and chips are good (we always get halibut). They also have the little extras that make a big difference...mushy peas, fresh bread and butter. The kitchen is open to the restaurant seating so you see for yourself that everything is prepared and fried fresh. The kids love their deep fried mars bar! Serving staff are attentive and you can see they are concerned for quality and cleanliness. A gem of a place in Aurora.

Whenever the craving for fish & chips arrive, we're off the Stanley's. Portion sizes are generous. Fish is always cooked to perfection. Love that you can get gravy for the fries and we never go without mushy peas! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. One day we'll try something else on the menu, but its hard the fish & chips are great.
