A' Tumminia - AUGUSTA

I went several times to A Tumminia Pizzeria, initially I fell in love with Pizzas, the dough is incredibly tasty, crunchy and light, and toppings always fresh and well combined. Then I tried the famous Pizzoli and woooowwwwww, simply incredible! The dough is prepared with mixtures of ancient grains and slow leavening which gives the Pizzoli and Pizzas a unique texture. The dough doesn't get gummy and heavy once it cools, just great! The owner Marcello is a great person, very kind, nice and always available to satisfy all customer requests. I strongly recommend eating again and again in this Pizzeria&Pizzoleria where quality, courtesy and cheerfulness make it a special place!

Pizza is great. from the soft and at the same time crispy dough, to the high quality dressing. You can eat it all without weighing on it, this definitely due to the lighthouses. Congratulations
