Domino's Pizza - Augusta

Do not visit this location. I am a disabled veteran, was sitting inside waiting on my food with my service dog, and was told by one of the employee's my service dog couldn't be there. When we left to avoid causing an incident, my girlfriend stayed behind to get the food, and the employee's were talking extremely rudely about me and my service dog loudly amongst themselves.

Waited over an hour for two pastas and an 8 piece wing. On a Monday. I worked at dominos previously and those items take no time at all it seemed to me they were prioritizing delivery orders over carry out. Frustrating because the food is always good but the service is always poor

This Domino’s has crashed and burned! I’ve left my old review below, just for comparison, but I’ll never go back to the Western Ave Domino’s. It’s run by people who have no idea how to run a restaurant, they’re not ready to take a prepare orders when they’re supposed to be open, and they cancelled my entire order after leaving me a voicemail telling me they didn’t have one item but otherwise I was all set, then told me when I got to the store they cancelled it because I never called back, which I was not told to do. Also, they can’t pie cut a thin crust to save their lives, even if the slip has it highlighted in pink. I love this Dominos. They’re always friendly and accommodating every time my family orders from them. Food is always amazing and ready when I expect it. Awesome deals when you order online, too
