I've been buying my cakes from Cakes By Maggie for years. It only makes sense that the same people who make these delicious cakes now run a food truck with just as delicious food. The crazy frits and empanadas are magically delicious.

I frequent a number of food trucks in the area, many of which are taco trucks. This Latin American food truck stands out as a delightful representation of the region's culinary offerings. It's evident that the food is prepared fresh to order. I don't mind waiting a bit longer than usual when the end result is a delicious meal that lets me fully savor my dining experience. This could easily become one of my regular weekly spots—if only they were open every day!

This is some of the best food in the area for this type of cuisine. I will definitely be coming back! It’s also convenient that they are next door to a bakery with amazing cupcakes. I especially loved the empanadas! I work nearby, so I could easily stop by for lunch, but so far, I’ve only dined here for dinner.
