The employee named Rose was very polite and extremely good at making frozen coffees. Because of her I will definitely go back.

The drive-thru service is always quick, and they consistently make my coffee just right!

I ordered regular sugar, and I was pleasantly surprised to actually receive regular sugar! Most Dunkin' locations usually use that overly sweet, pumped vegetable sugar, which I find too much for my taste.

I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts after experiencing poor service recently. It seems that the new staff have developed an unhelpful attitude, and I've noticed that they often run out of certain items, like ice cream and mixed drinks, by 8 PM. Because of the consistently better service at places like Lake Alfred or Winter Paradise, I find myself going there instead. Having previously worked in fast food, I understand how busy it can get, but the attitude of some employees here has reached a new level of unprofessionalism.
