フィードバックを提供するI come to this location because honestly it’s the cheapest..Marci is always there, greets me and listens when I order; I never have to repeat my order. They seem to have a variety of of bread everytime I visit and it’s fresh! My only critique is it seems the lettuce is hit and miss, sometimes it’s brown other times is fresh and crunchy.
I ordered a footlong tuna and when the the associate went to put tuna on the bread, I noticed a huge hair in the tuna container. I informed the associate and she replaced the tuna with a new container. I paid for my order, but expected some sort of remedy for my experience. When there was no offer except an apology, I asked for an offer since if I hadn't noticed the hair, I would've eaten it. The manger offered 25% off, which I accepted, but I won't EVER go back! Not one hair net worn!
So this is the third Subway I drove to where they tell me in some way shape or form that they are not accepting the corporate coupons. I'm a single mom on a budget so I am a couponer, I went to the subway on Walton and Baldwin and Pontiac and they told me they were only taking select coupons but not the 399 6-in sub coupon which I was trying to use for myself and my children so we went to this Subway in hopes of being able to use my coupon and they told me at the Lapeer location that they weren't taking any coupons at all that they could cash me out but their system would not allow for them to scan any coupons ? my issue with Subway in my main issue is that if your stores can't afford to accommodate the coupons then stop sending me a million in the mail! I get a Subway coupon every week in the mail but every time I go to Subway I can never use them! I should not have to drive to Rochester hills to use my Subway coupons when I live near three different adequate subways that will never accept the coupons! I am wasting gas going to these locations where they won't accept what I've been given please make this correction to either one and force the stores to accept or be stop sending Us coupons if the company can't afford to accommodate
The restaurant was cleanish. But the staff was hardly trained. Incorrectly portioned. She didn’t cut the sandwich in half. And I was completely overcharged. Unfortunate because my work is so close. Won’t be back.
All the staff seem barely trained. Frequent mistakes made at the register, everything I said I had to repeat because they weren't listening or instantly forgot (not my assertion, they said as much), straws, when provided, are too short for even the medium cups, a napkin may be included in the price of the sandwich 1 out of 5 times but in either case more napkins will always have to be requested.
