Sbarro - Auburn Hills

The most horrendous pizza you'll ever eat at a price more expensive than a nice restaurant.

No gloves, old pizza, only had 2 options, no coke products only lemonade, rude and very slow service, I don’t know why the workers are so miserable working there? I won’t be back!

Just horrible workers attitude sucks food was Luke warm pop was flat and warm cash register was filthy I understand it's in a mall and for that reason I could let some of it go. But the workers attitude is what really pit everything over the

Food was decent, I did get the tiniest breadstick I’ve ever seen. My issue was with the cashier. I got a Pepsi as my drink, it was flat. I returned after 15 minutes and she was with another guest. She was not talking with the guest but she was working on her drinks when I spoke up and asked her KINDLY if I could exchange my drink because it was flat. She silently took my drink, did not ask what I wanted, gave me another random FLAT drink and before handing it to me leaned over the counter and towards me and talked to me liked a child in front of the other guest and said “Next time wait until I’m done with my guest before asking me.” or something like that. In my opinion, totally unnecessary she could just told me “I will be right with you” or honestly simply no and I would’ve left but the tone and talking to me like a kid was so disrespectful.

I asked for a simple bag and the lady working was snappy with me and practically threw the bag on the counter at me. Totally rude
