Philly Connection - Auburn

The food is satisfying and the customer service is pleasant. The restaurant is clean and very busy, but not crowded. I just wish my sandwich had been prepared according to my preferences - the veggies were soggy and there wasn't enough lettuce. Despite this, I still recommend them.

Although it may be expensive, this restaurant is the only place I know of where you can find Birch beer. The sandwiches and fries are incredibly delicious and satisfying that you won't feel the need to try anything else on the menu. My husband and I shared the largest sandwich and a large fry and both of us ate for around $20. I can't emphasize enough how great the food is at this place.

I'm giving this restaurant only one star because of the staff. They were nice, but the manager, I saw her wipe her nose and then make a sandwich. I also saw some small roaches, indicating an infestation, crawling on almost every surface in front and behind the counter. I won't be dining there again.

I love Philly Connection! Delicious food friendly service, just ready for them to go back to later hours.
