Domino's Pizza - Auburn

Charged us for our large order, made us wait three hours to have the app say the orders has been completed, no pizza anywhere to be seen. We called the store four times, no answer. Thanks Dominos

I?m Muslim and I found bacon bites in both of my pizzas (cheese and chicken). I didn?t know of my pizza having bacon until I ate 3 slices and then realized I was chewing something that was not chicken. As we picked through one pizza, I saved another fullpizza to take it back. I called the store and received a very rude response from the manager of the store. Today is August 27th,and the manager of the store of that date told me to bring it and I did, and then she said there was nothing she could do aboutit. She looked at it and stated that ?the pizza was not covered in bacon?. Her exact words. She was refusing to remake mypizzas or even give me a refund. Very disappointed.

It's a Domino's. If you're searching for top-notch pizza, you might want to check out a more upscale restaurant. However, I have to say that the night staff is quite pleasant. They accidentally added chicken to my pasta, but when my husband mentioned it, they quickly made a new batch and even offered us a free dessert. It's the service that makes a difference. You have my appreciation!

I was excited for a pizza night with Domino's, but I ended up very disappointed. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with extra cheese, but when I got home, the pizza was flat, didn’t have the extra cheese I requested, and was overcooked. I suppose I'll have to find another pizza place.

The food is usually excellent, but placing an order online feels like a gamble when it comes to delivery time. The tracking system is totally ineffective. I called to check on my order and was informed it was ready and on its way, even before I provided my name or any details about my order. Overall, great food but poor service, whether it's for delivery or takeout.
