Wendy's - Attalla

Drive thru order. I thought it was a klove in the chili, but it turned out to be a fly.

It was ok, but still not sure how two egg mcmuffins came out to $9!

I like how, when you ask for extra toppings, they usually respond. The burgers and salads are almost always fresh.

Unfortunately, we had very slow service just now. When you?re on the road and ready to get home you choose fast food for a reason. This was NOT fast. When we finally got our sandwiches and fries, we drove off. No ketchup. ????? The only positive: plenty of napkins!!

The parking lot and outside of the restaurant was clean. The staff was pleasant. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant when we were there but had to search for a table that was clean. The rest of the restaurant could have used a little cleaning, windows, ketchup dispenser, drink machine. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was cooked fresh because it was too hot (temperature wise to immediately eat) but it was still greasy and compared to other chicken sandwiches the ?spicy? was a complete fail. The fries had a good taste but were also greasy. We also ordered a cheese burger, fresh made but greasy. We have eaten at other locations and I know this is not a ?Wendy?s? problem, maybe just this location.
