フィードバックを提供するEvery single time I come to this location the service is horrible. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I really think this location needs better managing. My orders are always late, customers are always saying they’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to an hour. Tonight a man came up to me saying “good luck” because he had waited for an hour. After me and my boyfriend waited 30 minutes they told us they couldn’t do our order because their tenders were frozen. On top of that the employees are always moving slow despite the backed up drive through and customers waiting in line not being seen. I’m just going to start going to the millington location because they get it right! I hope this location will get better.
Every time I order from here I am missing parts of the order. Clearly these hoodrats cannot read.
We went here twice and said never again. We placed an order to go, and like an idiot i didn't ck the bag before we left. Got home, and they left stuff off our order. Sigh. Husband drove all the way back, only to have to wait a long time no apology, nothing. They literally don't care. Maybe they have different employees since we went there, but I guess we'll never know bc we sure won't go back.
My family has tried this particular KFC several times hoping each time it would be a better experience. We buy family dinners for $40 plus and tonight is the last time! The food is horrible, badly cooked, biscuits hard and cold and several things we paid extra for were omitted altogether. The service is lacking as well. I personally don't know how they stay in business!
$45 later after 40 min wait to get burnt chicken. Normally the people who serve there are pleasant enough but the breading tasted of burnt flour. Didn't order extra crispy. Biscuits were actually undercooked.
