Domino's Pizza - Atoka

Shame on atoka dominos. They need to teach their employees phone etiquette and the kids they employ need to learn how to talk to people and their smart attitudes need to go! When an elderly person calls especially! Dominos teach your employees RESPECT!

If I could give a BIG FAT 0 STAR I would!! I have never in my life been spoken to the way these employers an so called manager spoke to me tonight when they should have simply just sent another out and fixed there problem. Ordered a large 14 and it wasdelivered being 12 NO extra mushrooms or olives. I could honestly have handled the mistakes on the pizza but to be called Bro and be disrespected that way is absolutely ridiculous! You have lost my business forever! Will NOT ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!LEARN CUSTOMER POLITENESS CURTESY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 STARS!!!!!!!

This was the third strike. The worst place you can possibly order pizza from. Tonight the delivery time said 30-40 minutes and an hour and a half later, still no pizza. I tried to call the store after 45 minutes and was on hold listening to a recordingfor 20 minutes. We went to the store and the manager was very rude and had another young man come and refund us. He didn?tapologize or offer any explanation. The phone was ringing and no one was paying any attention to it. They were playing aroundand could not have cared less. People want to be paid top dollar and the company wants to charge a $5.00 delivery fee on top ofsaying you need to tip your driver. Nope, never again. I work too hard for my money and Domino?s or their employees will not getanother penny.

They are a great place to get your pizza. Just wish they would answer the phone more when you call. Sometimes it sends you to a foreigner.

Placed order online it wasn't ready when I arrived,I was asked to pull around front I waited 15 minutes out front, then pulled directly in front of the store.Someone came of and asked me to turn my lights off never once asked me about my order,I asked howlong would it be on my food he go to the door asked my food had been waiting with a ticket time of 8:10 my watch had 8:21 whywas I pulled up and they was just standing there like she can come get it. Brownies was great sandwich was a little burn butthat was ok I can take my money elsewhere.
