Vica - Atlixco

Phenomenal local food we had the 7 course tasting menu and everything was truly exceptional. Great service and really nice drinks to round it off. I would come back to Atlixco only to have dinner here again.

So so sooooo great place. Visiting Vica is not only the best idea because the food is not just the food it is a journey of tase. It is also a great idea because you can experience ingredients you possibly have never eaten before. All ingredients come from local vendors so you also help local communities. Perfect combination in every possible way. Big big recommendation!

I don’t understand how this is a 4.5. It’s a 5.5! Maybe expectations are as various as perspectives, but we haven’t experience a restaurant where dish after dish uphold consistent, incendiary flavors that expand and yet caress the pallet with soulfulness like this. Chef Francisco Vigorito explains his dishes with the same charisma and heart he puts into them. Go, go, go, eat, enjoy, and try prove us wrong!
