Fair Mountain Coffee Roasters

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, and the business is top-notch. The customer service is outstanding. My first review was an unfair one-star rating, which I regret giving. It was due to shipping issues with USPS related to Covid, and I didn't receive my coffee on time, despite receiving a notification from Fair Mountain that it had been roasted and shipped. After my negative review, I was met with backlash, but the owner reached out to me immediately, genuinely concerned about my feedback regarding my small order. It truly felt like I was dealing with real, caring people who value their customers. This level of attention and service is rare these days! I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer!
