フィードバックを提供するWorse place to order food late at night. I was charged twice in one night for two separate orders because the lady on the phone said there was no record of my order and I?ve been trying to get my money back and they refuse to fix the issue. I got somethingfor y?all ????????
The pizza was delicious. Reason for the 4 stars and not five From whatever not my concern), one slice was overloaded from ingredients which were delicious) so that damaged,broken slice, no forks, ect., ...let 's just say, for inconvenience. That 'swhy I give 4 stars today. I will be ordering again. Therefore, I will change my rating back to five and move on with my "life "now.
Finally, a man answered, and when I inquired about my order, he started yelling for someone in the background to find the driver. The driver then falsely claimed that the phone number on my Domino's account was incorrect and that the front desk had tried calling my room. If that were true, why didn’t they leave my already paid order? The manager, in a very curt manner, repeated the driver's statement and said my order was canceled. When I tried explaining that the driver was lying, they hung up on me. At this point, I realized I had a $60 charge, and I have no idea when or if it will be refunded. This manager needs to be fired! After reading other reviews, it seems this kind of issue is common for this store—many others experienced the same "we tried to call, no answer" excuse. This franchise needs either to be shut down or have new ownership!
The only reason I’m giving this place a four-star rating is because of the delivery issues I’ve had. I always provide delivery instructions since I live in a hotel, but for some reason, the delivery person always calls me when they’re not at my location, asking where I am. I would understand if they were trying to beat the “30 minutes or it's free” thing, pretending to have arrived on time and calling to say they can't find me. But since I live in a secure building, I know they can't actually come up to my apartment unless I give them instructions, which I do on their website/app. It’s just frustrating because I have to turn off my unknown caller blocker, and then remember to turn it back on later—which I often forget until I get a telemarketing call about car insurance, even though I don’t own a car! But aside from that, I think my Domino’s team is great! They are my go-to for comfort food, and they always come through for me (delicious pizza!). Thank you so much! TTFN!
I live just 5 minutes away, and my pizza arrived ice cold with the toppings squished on top of the box—definitely lacks care. I paid and tipped online, so I guess they think they can get away with it.
