Wagamama – Atlanta

The only good thing about this place was the friendly server. I ordered the spicy teriyaki salmon and substituted the soba noodles for pad thai noodles and I was sent a dry, unseasoned piece of salmon. There was no sauce and a couple pieces of broccolini. The noodles were cold and my boyfriend had to get up and go over to the line to ask the cooks for the sauce. He returned with a cold overly sweet sauce. My boyfriend ordered the chicken ramen and his noodles were mushy and his broth was lukewarm. We let the server know we would be sending the food back and just paying for my boyfriend’s beer. It was very disappointing because I had heard so many good things and was excited to try them out. Needless to say we will not be back. Judging on the operation, I give this place 6 months tops.

I really like this restaurant but the waiter needs to be more attentive. He forgot our drink order, then forgot to bring a takeaway bag and the restaurant wasn’t full.

Was hesitant about this on because of some reviews that weren’t the best, but so glad that we gave it a shot. We intentionally tried food in a bunch of different sections of their menu and all were impressive. Only knock was that based on the way the food is prepared, the food doesn’t come out at the same time. Otherwise a good experience and we will definitely be back.

Did not receive any service, not even water after being seated 15 minutes. Me and my wife left after being ignored even though we were seated at a table. Terrible experience.

Food was average, it tasted good but nothing special, especially compared to other ramen options in the midtown area. Food was not hot when it got to the table. Server forgot to bring us utensils so we had to wait a few minutes after we got our food to eat. Server also forgot about us and we had to sit there for almost 30 minutes after finishing our meal before finally flagging down the waiter to pay. Great atmosphere tho.
