From the very first email I received from Justine regarding my inquiry about GHI catering, I was impressed by your engagement, responsiveness, and professionalism. Communicating with you was always a pleasure, as you laid out your expectations clearly and made it easy to follow up on everything. The food was absolutely fantastic! Our guests thought so too, and my dad especially loved the BBQ—thank you, Vince! I have fond memories of going downtown with my mom for the tasting, where we met you and discovered that you were Justine's brother, part of a family business with a rich history. I also enjoyed working with you, Travis, on the slideshow and the playlist—they turned out fabulous! At the event, you did an excellent job as the emcee, keeping everything on track while making just the right adjustments to the script as needed to engage the group. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

On the big day, Kim (the manager) and her team arrived on time and ready to work. Kim and my coordinator went over the seating arrangements for the ceremony, the cocktail hour setup, and the reception to ensure everything was perfect. Everything was executed flawlessly, and there were no issues at all. It was just as we had envisioned. The entire GHI team took care of us and our guests, handling every request with ease. The bar staff were fun and personable, and my husband and I felt pampered all night long. We were pleasantly surprised by how well we were treated; we never had to wait for anything. Whenever we needed a drink, someone from GHI was there to serve us, even while we were dancing! Cleanup was done efficiently, and everything was left as we found it. I give GHI a perfect 10/10. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you again!

From the very first interaction, the service and support I received was exemplary. I had only a general idea of what I wanted for a corporate year end celebration, and the GHI team was able to work within my budget to create an amazing menu with the variety we needed, as well as wonderfully delicious options to fit our dietary restrictions. The crew that managed the event on the day was phenomenal. I was relaxed could completely enjoy the event because they were so prepared, well organized, professional and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about GHI, so you just need to try them for yourself! Highly recommended.

GHI catered the reception after my mother's memorial service. Justine coordinated everything with the church, which was a great relief to me. She was so helpful in planning the menu and all the small details. The servers were polite, kind and gracious. And the food was delicious!
