The Boiler Seafood Atlanta

We made a reservation for my husband 's birthday based on the website and reviews, but they were quite deceiving.1--We found the restaurant upkeep and decor very basic and lacking.2--There was absolutely NO BAR SERVICE, so we could not even have a beer (I 'm assuming they no longer have a liquor license). This should be told to EVERY customer at the time of reservations, arrivals, etc. Several items we ordered were out of stock and there was also no other beverage choices except water or lemonade. We 're out of coke right now and I just drank the last sprite were the answers my server gave us.3--The parking is very limited and the REQUIRED valet service is unnecessary.4--The only bright spot was that the server worked hard to take very good care of us, and the food tasted really good (although several things were not available).

Service with an attitude. This was definitely not a great experience!! The service was poor , the waitress was a horrible communicator, the restrooms were very dirty , not to mention there was no soap. They add 18 percent auto gratuity . They were serving free mimosas and the waitress never offered . This is definitely not a place to go if you’re looking for a great dining experience! No diet drinks at all??‍ This was my first and last visit !

The fried lobster tail was excellent the fried catfish fried shrimp and cajun fries were good. The atmosphere was not good; when I first entered the restaurant the mats on the floor inside of the door were filthy I wanted to leave due to that.I felt like I was in a night club due to how loud some of the guest were, I couldn't have a conversation with the person I was with. We couldn't hear each other. We left with a headache.

I'm very disappointed. First, they have no alcohol. None of the drinks you see on the website are available. They didn't have sodas either. Just sweet tea and lemonade. The food was good and hot. That's why I gave 2 stars. The bathrooms were stinking and unclean. The whole atmosphere needs an update and sterile cleaning. They offer valet parking at a strip mall. They block parking spaces, so you have to use valet parking. Hopefully, things will change because I will never go back there the way they are now.

The atmosphere was nice and the food was Amazing. The fried salmon will melt in your mouth. April, our server was great as well. She was very friendly, attentive and even offered to take photos for us. Love this place and will be coming back soon.Parking: Atlanta location
