Sufi's Atlanta

I ordered chelokabab soltani with Salad Shirazi for my guests at my home through Grubhub, and the delivery arrived in just 30 minutes. However, what I received was a small container with only two pieces of kabob and a side of Salad Shirazi, but there was NO BASMATI RICE! I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing rice, and the manager informed me that the order didn’t include it. Every Persian knows that chelokabab soltani is traditionally served with basmati rice. I requested that they send the rice separately to the same address, but the manager insisted that I had to place a separate order for it through Grubhub and pay again. I felt so embarrassed in front of my guests, as dinner holds significant importance in Persian culture. This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the U.S. I visited twice in one week, and the food was incredible each time. I will definitely be coming back once I'm in Atlanta again!

This restaurant is one of the finest spots for Persian cuisine in Atlanta. In my opinion, their recipes and dishes are far more authentic and delicious than those at Rumi's Kitchen. While Rumi's boasts a lavish interior and decor, this place is smaller and more straightforward. I find Sufi's meals to be simpler, lighter, and more genuine. Their grill platter, in particular, is outstanding. I highly recommend visiting without hesitation to savor the delicious food and experience the friendly service. The starters here also have a more authentic touch compared to Rumi's. I'm comparing it to Rumi's because it is often regarded as one of the best in Persian cuisine.

The food is amazing! We've dined here a few times and the service and food are always on point. The hummus, lamb shank and any of the kabobs are terrific! Everyone raves about the baklava cheesecake but I prefer the pomegranate cheesecake.

The chicken koobideh was actually really good. As a persian I would give the food a 4/5 but the dooq and ice cream were really delicious. Our server Elder was fantastic and took care of us very well. Honestly we had a good time, don't understand the bad reviews about service. Would recommend the mast and chicken koobideh.
