Planet Smoothie Peachtree Center Mall

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to see that it has been steadily declining over the past three years. I used to come here weekly, but now I only visit about twice a month, if that. While the quality of the drinks is decent (which is why I gave it an extra star), the customer service is terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie, with 10 of those minutes spent watching the sole employee try to clear the line before even starting on my drink. This has become an all-too-common experience here. Unfortunately, the only reason this place continues to thrive is that it is the only option in the area.

I would rate this place less than one star if I could. The smoothies tasted watered down, but since I was with a friend who still wanted to visit, I decided to order yogurt. Unfortunately, the yogurt machine ran out before I could finish, and instead of checking the machine, the employee confronted me with, "So you say the machine is out?" He didn't even bother to test it himself. To make things worse, the yogurt was subpar, the toppings weren't fresh, and the customer service was terrible. I definitely won't be returning!

I visited the restaurant in the morning and it seemed like a recipe for disaster with just one person working. I can imagine she gets overwhelmed at times. They definitely need more staff! However, she managed to take my order quickly and maintained a wonderful positive attitude. It was a fantastic way to kick off the day!

This Planet Smoothie is super close convenient! They typically get you in out. However it is inconvenient when theyre not opened as listed online. I came at 8:15 no one was there so I had to choose an unhealthy alternative to start my morning :

I regularly visit Planet Smoothie at 231 Peachtree Center, and I have never been let down by their service. I'm consistently amazed by how quick, efficient, personalized, and friendly their service is. Sierra, who recently joined the team, has been particularly impressive in the past few weeks. Jalin and the whole team consistently deliver excellent service as well. Isaac excels in business and makes smart hiring choices for his team. Thank you, Planet Smoothie team!
