Panera Bread - Atlanta

I have to give a star so I can post it with it. I was with them before an hour and I waited for my order for 30 minutes and I understand that it is about to do the lunchtime. but when I received my food order, smoothie was not ready yet and I was made to wait extra time, just stand there for smoothie. why was it not ready with the order? if I asked for the women on the theke were unapoologetic and rude and asked me in a very controversial, do they want a refund? have some shame, will they also refund my time? I'll get my money too. then she talked about how many commanded her to treat, okay, and I get it, but I waited 30 minutes for my name to come and get my food. make her job and they can not simply offer a refund on an rude way, I also noticed their commentary about me to her colleague. the grilled cheese is not even grilled. they put unroasted broth with hard cheese. are they honest because other people also work hard to pay for this.

Received the incorrect salad and this half empty cup of Mac n cheese. Pretty disappointing.

I downloaded yelp to write about how bad my experience at this panera was. i ordered three things: ice coffee, fruit and a bagel. they forgot my fruit, gave me a hot coffee and did not toast my bagel. i had arrived at 10:27 am and their lunch menu was up. when i asked for a sandwich, the woman proceeded to change the lunch menu to breakfast and then immediately after i had ordered she changed the menu back to lunch. this panera honestly has ruined the chain for me, and i dont intend to go back.

Second Panera in a different town. Got all to go. Good, hot soup with bread for my Dad, post-op. Also, got us both seasonal frozen strawberry lemonades. He lapped it all up, and I loved the frozen drink. Tasted fresh and beats any Smoothie King.

Disappointing to pay as much as I did and get a sad portion of tuna salad. Not interested in trying is Panera again.
